BASIC AGENT

At the end of the course, the student will have a better understanding of the purpose of the National Flood Insurance Program and the mapping of flood zones.  In addition, the student will become familiar with the General Rules section in the Flood Insurance Manual.

BASIC RATING

At the end of this course, the student will become proficient in completing a flood insurance application and the rating common risks.  In addition, the student will have a better understanding of the elevation certificate.
